2.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to generate non-consensual sexual content (deepfake NCII), harass others, or promote hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.

2.2 Content Tracking & Analysis
You may use the Service to analyze publicly available content, provided that your methods of access and specific use comply with third-party platform terms and applicable laws.

2.3 AI & Personas
- **Consent & Rights**: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents to use any name, voice, image, or likeness incorporated into a Persona.
- **Voice Conversion**: You agree to apply voice conversion to any output containing a real person's likeness so that the final audio is not recognizable as that person, unless you have their explicit consent.
- **Deceptive Impersonation**: You must NOT use the Service to impersonate individuals in a deceptive manner.
- **Compliance**: You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party content or personas complies with applicable laws (e.g., fair use, right of publicity, parody, etc.).

2.4 Platform Security
You agree NOT to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

3. Ownership and Content

- You retain ownership of the original content you upload (e.g., voice samples, images).
- You own the rights to the *outputs* generated by the Service, subject to applicable laws regarding AI-generated content.
- ReelMirror retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our underlying software and AI models.

4. Subscriptions & Refunds

ReelMirror offers paid subscription plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. To request a refund, please contact [email protected].

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs. AI models can occasionally produce hallucinations or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelMirror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
